Shipping policy

Order processing times: Most orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Handmade items, made to order items, and item modifications can extend processing times as stated in the item descriptions.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping: We provide select international shipping options. Shipping times will depend both on your location and selected shipping method. Smartkrew will not be held responsible for any customs fees or paperwork that may be required on international shipments.
